Standard Shipping
All orders are shipped from Washington,DC.While orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
GraphX is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact ....& we will try our best to assist you with this matter
Expedited Shipping: Express Shipping orders must be placed before noon for same day processing. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 Noon through Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Out of Stock Items:Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. In such cases you will be contacted by phone or via email.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid. Packages must be returned prepaid.
All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 15 days of delivery. You can contact orders. ude.com to initiate your return.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may be charged when merchandise is returned without the polybag, worn/damaged, care label removed, etc. Restocking fees may also be charged if merchandise is returned without all the original packaging, instructions, and accessories. Restocking fees are deducted from the customer's refund on original purchase when an item is returned.
Exchanges
Orders can be exchanged within 15 days of the order being placed.
In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items for the proper item or size for free within 15 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order
